workout at the office

Yesterday at the office I climbed up 428 steps, climbed down 420 steps, and did 60 push-ups.  Amazing what skipping the elevator (and doing 10 push-ups every little bit) will do.

    1. There is one building that won’t let me ascend the stairs so I had to take the elevator. Or I flew.
